IMPORTANT TRACK ACCESS INFORMATION

CRITICAL SAFETY NOTICE: You cannot enter or leave the track paddock area while the track is "HOT" (vehicles actively on track). Track gates will only be opened during designated break periods and session transitions. Plan your arrival, departures, and any trips to concessions or facilities accordingly.

Reminder that you have to cross the track to come and go from the site. Please account for waiting times during hot track sessions and use extreme caution when crossing.

EVENT SCHEDULE:

7:00-7:30 AM: Setup & Early Registration

• Gates open for arrival and setup
• Registration available for all participants

7:30-9:00 AM: Time Trials Sessions

• TRACK HOT - No entry/exit from paddock during sessions
• Gates open during 5-minute session transitions
• Track clears completely at 9:00 AM sharp

9:00-10:00 AM: Volunteer Brunch Break & Enduro Prep

• TRACK COLD - Full paddock access available
• Enduro car tech inspection and driver briefing
• Catered volunteer brunch

10:00 AM-1:00 PM: 3-Hour Enduro Race

• TRACK HOT - No entry/exit from paddock during race
• Continuous 3-hour endurance race
• Emergency access only during race

1:00-1:30 PM: Women's TT Drivers Meeting

• TRACK COLD - Full paddock access available
• Mandatory safety briefing for all women's clinic participants
• Volunteer shift change period

1:30-4:20 PM: Women's TT Clinic Sessions

• TRACK HOT during 20-minute sessions - No entry/exit from paddock
• Gates open during 10-minute transitions between sessions
• Lead/follow instruction format

4:20-4:45 PM: Awards Ceremony

• TRACK COLD - Full paddock access available
• Awards presentation in pavilion area

TRACK ACCESS SCHEDULE

Gates OPEN (Safe to Enter/Exit):

• 7:00-7:30 AM (Setup)
• 9:00-10:00 AM (Extended break)
• 1:00-1:30 PM (Extended break)
• Brief 10-minute periods between women's sessions (1:50, 2:10, 2:30, 2:50, 3:10, 3:30, 3:50 PM)
• 4:20-4:45 PM (Awards)

Gates CLOSED (DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ENTER/EXIT):

• During all Time Trials sessions (7:30-9:00 AM)
• During entire 3-Hour Enduro (10:00 AM-1:00 PM)
• During Women's Clinic track sessions (1:30-4:20 PM)

CONCESSIONS OPEN FROM 7AM-4PM

Notice to Participants:

In light of the current COVID-19 situation, it is your responsibility to assess the risk to you, both on-track and off, and to make the decision on whether or not to participate. We will be following any local, state, or Federal guidelines at the event.

Event Requirements

• MSReg will validate your membership number & license with the national office, so be sure your profile name matches your member name

Plan your day accordingly and allow extra time for restricted track access periods. Safety is our top priority!
