IMPORTANT TRACK ACCESS INFORMATION
CRITICAL SAFETY NOTICE: You cannot enter or leave the track paddock area while the track is "HOT" (vehicles actively on track). Track gates will only be opened during designated break periods and session transitions.
Reminder that you have to cross the track to come and go from the site. Please account for waiting times during hot track sessions and use extreme caution when crossing.
NEW FORMAT DEBUT: Three Hot Lap Challenge
This event features our revolutionary "Three Hot Lap Challenge" - grid-based groups with exactly 3 timed hot laps per session. Experience precision competition with premium morning track conditions!
How It Works:
- Grid-Based Groups: Cars organized by submitted lap times for fair competition
- Format: 1 warm-up lap + 3 hot laps + 1 cool-down lap [each car will get three sessions - so 9 total hot laps]
- Results: Your best of 3 hot laps determines final results
EVENT SCHEDULE:
7:00-7:10 AM: Setup & Early Registration
- TRACK COLD - Safe arrival and setup time
- Registration available for all participants
7:10-7:20 AM: Mandatory TT Driver's Meeting
- TRACK COLD - All TT participants must attend
- Safety briefing and session format explanation
- Group assignments and grid order confirmation
7:20-7:30 AM: Grid Preparation & Warm-Up
- TRACK COLD - Cars move to grid positions
- Final car preparation and warm-up procedures
- Grid marshals organize groups for first session
7:30-9:00 AM: Time Trials Sessions
- TRACK HOT during sessions - No entry/exit from paddock
- Three rounds of 15-minute sessions
- Premium morning conditions for optimal performance
9:00-10:00 AM: Volunteer Brunch Break & Enduro Prep
- TRACK COLD - Full paddock access available
- TT drivers can depart or stay to watch Enduro
- Enduro car tech inspection and driver briefing
10:00 AM-1:00 PM: 3-Hour Enduro Race
- TRACK HOT - Continuous endurance race
- Great viewing opportunity for TT drivers who stay
- No paddock entry/exit during race
1:00-1:30 PM: Shift Change & Women's Drivers Meeting
- TRACK COLD - Full paddock access available
- Final departure window for TT drivers
1:30-4:20 PM: Women's TT Clinic Sessions
- TRACK HOT during sessions - Limited paddock access
- TT drivers welcome to stay and volunteer as corner workers
4:20-4:45 PM: Awards Ceremony
- TRACK COLD - Awards presentation in pavilion area
Track Access Schedule for TT Participants:
Gates OPEN (Safe to Enter/Exit):
- 7:00-7:30 AM - Arrival, setup, and mandatory driver's meeting
- Brief periods between TT sessions - Quick transitions (approximately 7:45, 8:00, 8:15, 8:30, 8:45 AM)
- 9:00-10:00 AM - Extended break, ideal departure time
- 1:00-1:30 PM - Final departure window
- 4:20-4:45 PM - Awards ceremony
Gates CLOSED (DO NOT ATTEMPT TO ENTER/EXIT):
- 7:30-9:00 AM - During TT sessions (except brief transitions)
- 10:00 AM-1:00 PM - During 3-Hour Enduro Race
- 1:30-4:20 PM - During Women's Clinic sessions
Session Format:
- 15 minutes per session
- Grid-based start: Cars released in time order
- 3-4 second spacing between cars
- Exact format: 1 warm-up + 3 hot + 1 cool-down lap
Optimal Departure Time: 9:00 AM after your sessions are complete
Important Notes for TT Drivers:
- Plan arrival by 7:00 AM to ensure setup and attendance at mandatory driver's meeting
- Mandatory driver's meeting: 7:10-7:20 AM - Cannot be missed
- Grid preparation: 7:20-7:30 AM - Get to grid positions and warm up cars
- Track goes hot at 7:30 AM sharp - No late arrivals permitted on track
- Ideal departure: 9:00-10:00 AM when track goes cold after your sessions
- Alternative: Stay to watch the exciting 3-Hour Enduro race
- Volunteer opportunity: Stay for women's clinic and help as corner workers
- Awards: Return at 4:20 PM or stay for the full day
